I normally get up early - but as it turned out my early enthusiasm was a weird side effect of coming down with the flu, of which I am now well and truly suffering. What I usually do if I get up early is potter about with afterwork and blogs until my "wake up" alarm goes off then get ready for work - I'm a morning person by preference.
