Want more traffic?

Like other Blog Mastermind students, I received this email from Yaro Starak just now about BlogRush:

I interrupt your weekend with a quick heads-up
about a new widget you can add to your blog that
could provide a nice boost to your traffic, and
it’s absolutely free.

It’s called BlogRush and it’s from Internet
marketing mega-star, John Reese.

BlogRush is like a traffic exchange. You put the
widget on your blog and get a credit each time
it’s displayed. For each credit you generate,
your blog articles are syndicated across other
blogs that use the widget.

Simple enough right?

Better still, there is a ten-level referral
system, so if you refer other people into
BlogRush, you also get credits for credit they
generate. You also get credit for people they
refer and so on, up to ten levels below you.

Since this widget was just released this weekend,
it’s the perfect time to join and start referring
other people and generating credits that will turn
into traffic for your blog.

Does this sound like you? If you are interested, sign up here.

I’m in. I’ve put the widget in my right-hand sidebar - I’ve decided to do away with paid advertising (like AdSense) and just go for link exchanges.

Well, I got to you via Blog Rush. I don’t know why you needed to get rid of adsense though. There is a widget which adds your adsense in your posts rather than on sidebars if you prefer that.

I wrote about it on my blog.

    Hi Jenny,

thanks for your comment, and thanks for clicking through to my blog via BlogRush - it looks like it works :)

Funny thing, until a couple of days ago I did have AdSense and Amazon ads at the bottom of every post - between the post text and the comment block - in the Single Post template. I decided to get rid of them because I’ve just gone off the ads. They weren’t making any money, but were handy as a hit counter - but then again, that’s what Google Analytics is for :) I might go back to ads one day.

Thanks once again - and if you’re interested in link sharing, think about joining the BUMPzee Aussie Blogs Community (even though BUMPzee has been a little broken over the last couple of days, they seem to have fixed it).

    Cheers, Andrew
    Best regards, Andrew
