There are a lot of Generation Y blogs out there - writing about how everyone over 40 just doesn’t understand, the changing face of the workplace, job mobility, new conservatism, and so on.
What I haven’t found (and it might be a Boomer guilt thing) is a lot of Baby Boomers blogging about Generation Y - how to overcome the guilt and send the 20-something kids off to find a life of their own, how to cope with generational change in the workplace, and how to enjoy immediate-pre- and immediate-post-retirement life while there is still that life to be lived.
