I agree - setting goals and sticking to limits are really important. In a strange twist of fate, my partner Helen and I are fairly close to announcing our engagement publicly - and she has come to accept my blogging as part of our life together (a major shift).

Two months ago, when I wrote this post, I wouldn't have thought that things would have turned out this way. 

PS: just visited your site - it still has a bit of a way to go - what trade are you in?
